SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
Normally we need 2-3 business days to process your order. If we have a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will of course contact you by email or telephone.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Beyond Knots UG is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed on your order. Any fees charged during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Beyond Knots UG is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
